Congratulations to Alma and Pepin Middle School and High School!

We are excited to share that both Alma and Pepin Middle School and High School have been recognized as WSMA Accredited Schools for the 2025-2026 school year!

This recognition from the Wisconsin School Music Association (WSMA) honors schools that demonstrate outstanding participation in WSMA programming. To earn accreditation, school must meet three criteria:

-Maintain WSMA Membership
-Participate in WSMA District Solo & Ensemble Festivals
-Participate in WSMA concert groups in both band and choir

This award is a wonderful reflection of the opportunities our music programs provide and the dedication of our students and music educators. We are proud of the time, talent, and commitment that go into making music education an important part of the Alma and Pepin experience.

This Homecoming Week poster features a high-energy, distressed design with a red, white, and blue color scheme, prominently displaying the words "HOMECOMING WEEK DRESS UP DAYS!" at the top. Let's give congratulations to the elementary student of the week: Chase Huber! The older brother of two sisters and the son of Dustin and Andrea, Chase is a lover of the outdoors. Looking to take over his family's farm in the future, he often spends his free time playing with heavy-machinery-inspired toys, such as a forklift and an excavator. He is also wishing for a truck for his next birthday to grow his collection! Golf is a sport he enjoys greatly as well. Chase's favorite food is a fresh KwikTrip breakfast sandwich, and he also favors the colors blue and red. Congrats to Chase, and keep working hard!

Congratulations to sophomore Kole Brewington, this week's student of the week! Kole is the son of Amy Asfahl and Kale Brewington. He has two dogs, one named George and the other named Toothless. Kole enjoys mowing lawns and working in his free time. His favorite class is history, and he's most excited about seeing his friends every day this school year. After high school, Kole plans to become a diesel mechanic. Lastly, Kole's favorite snack is Doritos. Congratulations, Kole, and keep up the good work!

Attention Parents of Music Students!

If your child participates in 7–12 Band and/or Choir, you are a member of the Alma Music Club!

The Music Club helps support our school's music programs by funding instruments, instrument repairs, honor groups, clinicians, and many other important elements of music education.

Our main fundraiser is the concession stand at football games. We had excellent help at the September 4th game, and we are now looking for volunteers for our next home game:

Homecoming Game – Friday, September 25

We are looking for parents who can help in the concession stand anytime between 4:30–9:00 p.m.

If you are available to help, please let Mrs. D-R know!

On Wednesday morning, our high school students took a small field trip with Ms. Krzoska to the new public library. Laura, the library director, gave a presentation and a tour to the students. Everyone also received a new library card! We can't wait to use the new library!!
