The baseball scrimmage at Wabasha-Kellogg this evening has been CANCELED due to fields being unplayable. There will be baseball practice in Alma after school. Players should still bring both uniforms to practice. Varsity softball will host Eleva-Strum at 5:00 pm in Pepin. The directions to the field are below: This game will be played at the High School Softball Field. Pull into the main student parking lot in front of the school, head towards our football stadium. Drive north on the access road between the football stadium and the school. Park in the farthest north paring lot. The field is just north of the parking lot. Good luck Eagles!

Tonight's Eagles Softball game at EC Immanuel has been cancelled. Softball will have practice at Pepin tonight after school.

Rivermen Clubhouse Fun 🤩

Rivermen Clubhouse Kid Fun Times! The kids started their salt art project today. Stay tuned to see the end results of their master piece! They had a salty good time! They were also busy playing balloon volleyball. They learned how to work as a team and communicate well.

The district level for the WHFSA (Wisconsin High School Forensics Association) was held in West Salem today. Congratulations to Katrina Heller, Addison Johnson, Ryann Rieck, Brooke Priefert, Emma Myren and Ryan Brevick for advancing to the state level competition to be held April 9th.

The Alma and Pepin Board of Educations have approved the administration’s recommendation to add an additional vacation day to this year’s school calendar on Monday, March 21st. Again, Monday, March 21st, 2022 will be a school vacation day. Students and staff will have this day off.

New rodeo stars will be born during the wild and crazy “DAIRYLAND DONKEY BASKETBALL SHOW” at Alma on March 17th starting at 7:30pm! Remember we will have a 50/50 raffle that money is donated to local Fire/EMS groups. $5.00 meal of hotdogs or barbeque starting at 6:15pm. Milkshakes for $3.00 will also be available. We have over $1000 of local products for sale on the silent auction. Come out and fill the stands for this fun community event!

Rivermen Clubhouse did a lick and stick project. They got to eat some lucky charms as they made a cute … My Lucky 🍀 Charms poster. Every marshmallow has a written message next to it. Fun little project to help them write and fill their bellies!

Rivermen Clubhouse

Rivermen Clubhouse Kids we’re happy coloring projects for St. Patrick’s Day, doing a color & race activity and made a shamrock for a friend. The shamrock is made by a clubhouse friend and the saying on it said: I’m LUCKY to have a Friend like you! Love, (artist name) They also put streamers/ribbon on their shamrock & rainbows too! Have a great St. Patrick’s Day week! Thank you all of our helpers tonight! Great having extra hands!

These young engineers knew they wanted to be competitive in Appleton today. Therefore, Team 4664 A worked hard this past week to modify the robotś gear ratio/ increase the robotś speed, add Omni wheels, and fine-tune the fling design to improve skill in the driver controlled team competition matches. In addition, the young men spent around 5 hours on the automated code, which resulted in a 30 point score. Throughout the driver skill team matches, the Eagles competed with/against teams all across the state. Impressively, the VEX Eagles ranked 5th -12th out of the 48 teams at different times within the rounds of the day. ALMA School is really proud of these 5th, 6th and 7th graders!
