Rivermen Clubhouse had fun outside making an Eagles nest. One student collected leaves for the kids. When we got back inside the kids hid a leaf under a piece of paper. Took the wrapper off of crayons and watched the magic happen! Fun bonding afternoon.

Rivermen Clubhouse enjoyed the day outside exploring and playing. Plus tub time. Even though their ages are far apart, they get along so well! Fun group!
Rivermen Clubhouse takes advantage of the nice weather while they can. While they are outside they find a caterpillar. They get their insect/bug home and put things inside it and then they let the caterpillar in there to keep it safe. Enjoy a few of the kids swinging with the caterpillar.
Brian Brecka and Carl Duley came to visit the fifth grade science class. Mr.Brecka talked about the different fish in Wisconsin. Mr.Duley shared the groundwater model. He stressed the importance of taking care of the surface above to ground to protect our ground water.

Rivermen Clubhouse plan to enjoy the week by going outside while we have nicer weather. Today they first made chocolate chip cookie dough. Then played outside. Fun times! They worked well in their groups to make the dough. Great job gang!

Whooo's excited to learn about owls? 2nd Graders spent part of their Friday learning about this interesting bird. Did you know they have three eyelids and can can hear a mouse squeak a half a mile away? We learned a lot then made some cute owls.
2nd Grade paleontologists dug out their fossils.

They also built forts again and opened up new toys. They all enjoy their time together.

The kids enjoyed making tents and playing under them with flashlights and toys. They also were busy prepping for fun days ahead. Thank you parents for letting us enjoy time with your children. Thank you big helpers too!
2nd Graders had fun today making fossils as part of our study about dinosaurs. We made imprints and poured plaster on top. Stay tuned for the results.
