Magnetic painting STEM project. Kindergarteners learned paper clips are magnetic. They held and moved a magnet under the plastic bin to move the paper clip over the paper to spread the paint. We also explored what is magnetic in our classroom!

Elementary-MS Activities Canceled for Saturday, Feb. 6 Because of the forecasted cold weather on Saturday, Feb. 6, the 4-5 grade volleyball camp at Alma and the 4-8 grade boys’ basketball camp in Pepin have been canceled. In addition, the 6th grade girls’ basketball game at Gilmanton on Saturday, Feb. 6 has been canceled as well.

Alma School sends a HUGE 'shout out' to Lorena Hungerford who, after experiencing a ZOOM glitch, insisted on faithfully holding true to her role as a volunteer. Every year she listens to students practicing their pieces, and today she suggested listening to this group from outside :)
