This week's student of the week is Senior, Allidah Luff. Allidah is the daughter of Sherri and Quentin Luff and has three siblings: Maci, Jake, and Coltor Luff. Allidah has gone to Alma Area Schools since Pre-K and now plans to continue her education at the University of Mankato for dental hygiene. Allidah is very involved in extracurricular activities, participating in volleyball, basketball, softball, band, and Riverland Ambassadors. Outside of school, Allidah finds joy in cooking, and hanging out with her friends. The thing that Allidah likes most about Alma is the amazing lunch that the school provides. Allidah’s favorite class is Chemistry because she loves Mr. Killian’s humorous jokes. Although Allidah likes the school year, she enjoys the summertime. During the summer, Allidah loves playing softball, going golfing, and spending time on the river. Congratulations Allidah Luff on being this week's Student of the Week!

Her free time is spent shopping, hanging out with friends, and showing dairy, sheep, and pigs at the Buffalo County Fair. This week's Elementary Student of the Week is first grader, Natalie Reidt. Natalie is the daughter of Amber and Ryan Reidt, and she has two siblings: Ruby and Ivy. While she doesn't have any pets at the moment, Natalie dreams of getting a husky puppy and naming her Snowflake. Natalie’s favorite colors are purple and gold, but she is still a Packer fan at heart! Natalie loves many aspects of school, especially art and science classes. One of her favorite components of science is getting to do fun experiments, like when her class tested how many rubber bands it would take to make a pumpkin explode! When she's not in class, Natalie enjoys spending time with her friends, whether it's at recess or on the school bus. But above all, her favorite part of school is learning new things every day. She enjoys it so much that she dreams of becoming a teacher when she grows up. Congratulations, Natalie, on being named this week's Student of the Week!
